Synopsis

Welcome to Baltimore, 1962, where lovable plus-size teen, Tracy Turnblad, has only one wish – to dance on The Corny Collins Show, the most popular programme on television. When her wish is granted, Tracy is transformed from social reject to sudden star. Now all she needs to do is use her newfound power to dethrone Amber von Tussle, the reigning teen queen, win the affections of heartthrob, Link Larkin, and integrate network television – all without denting her ‘do!
